Performance Optimization: Continuously improve website and application performance and scalability.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AEM applications, providing technical support and guidance to the team.
Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
Proven expertise in AEM 6.5+, including hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and other AEM-related technologies.
Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, and experience integrating AEM with external systems and third-party APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud environments like Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, or Azure.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AEM performance optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Developer or Architect certifications.
Experience with headless CMS implementations and AEM-as-a-Cloud service.
Prior experience in leading development teams and managing large-scale AEM implementations.
