Position Overview:

We are seeking a Remote Technical Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. This role is open to candidates in Canada and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical analysis and support for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Utilize LeanData to enhance Salesforce functionalities, optimizing lead management and routing processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce as a Technical Analyst or similar role.
• Preferred experience with LeanData for lead and data management.
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Basic technical expertise in Salesforce integrations and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
