Key Responsibilities:
Bench Sales: Leverage your deep bench sales experience to identify and engage with IT professionals who are actively seeking new projects.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and align with suitable candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring they meet client requirements.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to make informed decisions.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers, compensation, and contract terms with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions in our recruitment management system.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to staffing and recruitment.
Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in bench sales recruiting within the IT staffing industry.
Client Relationships: Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
